NFL Week 3 Predictions

There are some interesting and dull matchups this upcoming week, nonetheless, here are predictions for the games of week 3.

Los Angeles Rams vs San Fransisco 49ers

    • The 49ers have been awful these last two weeks and it seems like they don’t plan on stopping. The Rams aren’t a very talented team themselves but with Brian Hoyer starting at QB for the 49ers, I don’t see them standing a chance. Rams win 38-6.

Baltimore Ravens vs Jacksonville Jaguars

      • Injuries has been a constant issue for Baltimore this season and it’s only week 2.  Jaguars QB Blake Bortles may be highly inconsistent, but Jacksonville’s defense and running core are no joke. Jaguars win 27-21.

Denver Broncos vs Buffalo Bills

      • Combined with their top tier defense and solid receiving core, Broncos win 27-17.

New Orleans Saints vs Carolina Panthers

      • Panthers QB Cam Newton and the team’s defense should put them over the top in this game. Panthers win 24-14.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Chicago Bears

      • Chicago stands no chance with Mike Glennon as their QB. Steelers win 35-3.

Underrated Game of The Week

Atlanta Falcons vs Detroit Lions

      • Atlanta has a lot of weapons on both sides of the ball, but it’s tough playin in Detroit and the Lions can sneak away with a win if they can use their talented receivers and running backs effectively. Detroit wins 30-28.

Cleveland Brown vs Indianapolis Colts

      • With Indianapolis’ franchise QB Andrew Luck still injured, backup QB Jacoby Brissett has not been too bad since he was put in the starting lineup. Browns QB DeShone Kiser has shown some flashes of talent, but he’s too inconsistent and Cleveland’s run game is nonexistent. Colts win 17-13.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Minnesota Vikings

      • Besides having an impressive defense, Tampa Bay’s starting QB Jameis Winston has improved as a QB and has more weapons at his disposal this season. Buccaneers win 17-13.

Houston Texans vs New England Patriots

      • Playing the Super Bowl champs at their stadium is going to be a tough task, but Texans starting QB Deshaun Watson has the talent and the talent around him to sneak away with a victory. Texans win 37-34.

Miami Dolphins vs New York Jets

      • New York’s rushing defense and entire defense in general has been awful this season. Miami’s RBs Jay Ajayi and Kenyan Drake should tear up the Jets in the run game and even in the pass game too. Dolphins win 31-17.

New York Giants vs Philadelphia Eagles

      • Both of these NFC East teams have their struggles but the Giants arguably have the worst offensive line in the league and you can’t go anywhere with no protection. Eagles win 20-17.

Seattle Seahawks vs Tennessee Titans

      • This should be a great matchup between two great QBs. Seattle wins 27-24.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Green Bay Packers

      • Bengals starting QB Andy Dalton has been awful for the Bengals this season and the team firing their offensive coordinator likely won’t change anything. Packers win 27-10.

Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Chargers

      • Kansas City’s offense will be too much to handle for the Chargers. Chiefs win 28-14.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Arizona Cardinals

      • These are both talented teams, but Arizona losing starting RB David Johnson to a

“severe wrist injury”

according to team doctors, was big for them. Cowboys win 20-17.
